The Bakehouse is our artisan bread bakery, where every loaf is made by hand with simple, quality ingredients. Our breads are naturally leavened, slow-fermented, and baked to perfection — from hearty sourdoughs to airy ciabatta. The Bakehouse is also the home of our famously delicious croughnuts, our croissant x doughnut hybrid.

  • At Our Cafés & Markets: Fresh daily at Martinelli’s, Pekara, Espresso Royale Cafes, and the Farm Store at Prairie Fruits Farm.

  • Local Grocery Stores: Look for our breads at grocers throughout Central Illinois, Chicago and St Louis

  • Farmers Markets: Visit our stand at area farmers markets to pick up bread still warm from the oven.
