Down at the Farms

Based outside of Fairbury, Illinois, Down at the Farms is a farmer-to-farmer marketing and delivery service representing more than 60 of the region’s finest farms. Their network supplies chefs, grocers, individuals, and institutions across central Illinois and Chicago with products grown using chemical-free or certified organic practices, pasture-raised livestock, and non-GMO seed.

We’re proud to partner with Down at the Farms by selling our cheeses through their hub and sourcing produce from their growers. Together, we’re working to grow demand for central Illinois food and to expand opportunities for small and beginning farmers, ensuring that the best of our region reaches more tables than ever before.
